Hygiene Supervisor
Hygiene Supervisor – chilled food products –South Lincolnshire

Hygiene Supervisor required by a highly regarded, market leading food manufacturer based in Lincolnshire.

Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, the Hygiene Supervisor will be based on a permanent backshift. Your role will be to ensure the optimum utilisation of plant, materials and people to achieve set objectives and hygiene standards. You will oversee a team of c. 30 hygiene operatives ensuring their motivation, development and efficiency. You will also be responsible for assigned budgets.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Hygiene Supervisor / Hygiene Manager within the chilled food manufacturing industry with a proven track record of managing staff within this environment. A minimum of basic food hygiene certification is essential with experience of chemical use and handling.

Account Manager – fresh produce industry – Cambridgeshire – c. £30,000
Account Manager required by a market leading fresh produce company based in Cambridgeshire.
As Account Manager you will report to the Commercial Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day commercial management of one of their major food retailer accounts (Tesco / Waitrose) The key focus of the role will be to maintain the relationship with the customer, maximising established relationships, driving sales and profit growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Manager within the fresh produce sector, ideally educated to HND / Degree level, or equivalent.  Knowledge and experience of dealing with customers with a particular understanding of the mindset of a supermarket buyer (how they are influenced and targeted) is required.  Strong negotiation skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – food processing industry – £30,000
Maintenance Engineer required by a market leading food processing organisation based in North Cambridgeshire.
This Maintenance Engineer role is based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, operating 12 hour days / nights.  The purpose of this role is to ensure the factory and equipment operate at optimum efficiency and effectiveness and in a safe manner in order to achieve product quality and production targets and the maintenance of a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in HND electrical engineering, or equivalent with a high skill level in both electrical and mechanical practices.  An understanding of packaging line production processes is required along with previous experience within a food manufacturing / fresh produce environment.
This position is commutable from Downham Market, March, Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Spalding areas.

Quality Systems Manager – Norfolk – £35,000
An experienced Quality Systems / Technical Services Manager required for an established food manufacturing business based in Norfolk.
As Quality Systems Manager you will report to the Technical Manager, taking responsibility for a Technical Administrator who mostly handles customer specifications.  The main duties of this role will be to maintain the technical systems in line with ISO and BRC accreditations and auditing suppliers.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong technical and quality understanding of food safety and hygiene.  You should have knowledge of Quality Management Systems i.e. ISO9000 or BRC as well as experience of working with and supplying the UK’s major food retailers, ideally with experience of web based systems such as Tesco Technical Library and J.S Inspire. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven with good attention to detail skills.  You will be a team player with an understanding of customer service in the grander sense.  This role would ideally suit an experienced Quality Systems Manager / Technical Services Manager or QA Manager.
