Biorigin presents in FI Europe sustainable ingredients for 70% of sodium reduction

During its participation in Food Ingredients Europe, Biorigin will present in its stand 4F31
sustainable solutions in natural ingredients for sodium reduction and taste enhancement.
By tasting sessions, visitants will be able to get in touch with the benefits of Bionis and
Bioenhance lines performing synergistically and allowing 70% of sodium reduction in snack
applications and 40% in bouillons applications. Bionis line of yeast extracts provides more
body, mouth feel and umami, whereas Bioenhance line of natutal taste enhancers creates
and harmonizes taste, increasing the intensity of salt perception with no salt addition.
In meat application, Biorigin will present a new ingredient: Biotaste Meat that provides a
mild meat taste and toasted notes and allow sodium reduction of up to 30%. Biotaste line
also includes roasted taste enhancers for beef, chicken and toasted taste enhancement.
Biorigin also has in its portfolio the new line of ingredients for bakery and flavor Biogard.
All Biorigin products are natural, clean label, GMO‐free and allergen‐free, are certified (ISO
9001 and 22000, HACCP, Kosher and Halal) and have full traceability.
FI Europe will happen in Paris, France from November 29 to December 01.
