CCE International set to be the key marketplace for the corrugated and carton industry

cceFrom 10 – 12 March 2015 CCE International, Europe’s only specialised exhibition for the corrugated and folding carton industry, will open its door at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany. After a highly successful launch in March 2013, the event has now grown by 30% in exhibitor numbers and floor space. On a net exhibition space of 4,500 square metres, more than 150 exhibitors from 18 countries will showcase raw materials, machines, accessories and services for the fabrication and conversion of corrugated and cartonboard. Visitors to the show are the buyers and users of equipment and systems for corrugated and cartonboard production.

The first edition of CCE International featured 110 exhibitors and more than 2,000 trade visitors and was well received by the industry. “With CCE International we have designed a specialised platform in Europe for the corrugated and cartonboard industry. We had such outstanding feedback on the launch event that we could grow the exhibitor numbers and the floor space for the second event by one third. A large number of exhibiting companies that exhibit for the second time have booked larger stands to present even more live demonstrations; and there are also many new companies at CCE International 2015, from Germany and abroad. It has thus become generally known within the corrugated and carton industry that CCE International is the key marketplace for this industry sector,” says Nicola Hamann, Managing Director of the organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions.

The exhibition profile – targeted to the corrugated and carton industry
The exhibition profile of CCE International covers raw materials, consumables, corrugating line and equipment, corrugated and carton converting equipment, design and CAD/CAM, printing equipment, cutting, creasing and die-cutting equipment, ancillary equipment, materials handling and warehousing, pallet strapping and handling systems, MIS and plant scheduling systems as well as waste extraction and baling.
Visitors to the exhibition are the buyers and users of machines for the production and converting of corrugated and cartonboard, such as trade professionals of corrugated board plants and sheet plants, corrugated sheet feeders, folding carton converters, packaging designers and specifiers, rigid carton manufacturers, honeycomb board manufacturers, core board and core tube manufacturers and trade agencies. CCE International also attracts a variety of production specialists across industry sectors such as food and beverage, furniture, pharmaceutical, transport and logistics, electrical appliances and electronics, cosmetics and tobacco.

CCE International 2015 will, once again, be co-located to ICE Europe, the World’s Leading Exhibition for Paper, Film & Foil Converting. The exhibition profile of ICE Europe includes the following categories: materials, coating and laminating, drying/curing, treatment, flexographic and rotogravure printing, control and measurement, accessories, slitting and rewinding, finishing, factory equipment, retrofits, toll coating, converting and slitting as well as specialised software. The exhibition will be held in the halls directly opposite to the CCE International hall.
