The Delta Aromatic’s business units “Fragrance” and “Agriculture” are not part of the acquisition agreement and will be operated as independent company. The new company name of the production site in Cairo will be “Döhler Egypt for the Production of Natural Fruit & Beverage Ingredients S.A.E.”. Since its foundation 25 years ago, DELRO has become a key player in the region. The existing management of DELRO will remain on board and will lead the newly formed Döhler Egypt.
