For the first time, DuPont will showcase its full portfolio of solutions for the Meat Industry at IFFA in May.

From innovative ingredients, through accurate testing, to specific packaging solutions, DuPont will bring together several of its businesses and give attendees the chance to learn more about the unprecedented opportunities this integrated approach can bring to meat, processed meat and ready-meal manufacturers.

“We are implementing the full integration of all our health promoting food ingredients and soya proteins to create a uniquely powerful offer for our customers. We believe there are significant synergistic benefits for customers in the way we combine our broad product portfolio, science-driven innovation, strong application and formulation expertise, and extensive regulatory know-how”, said Eduardo Schneider, global sales lead for Meat Solutions, DuPont Nutrition & Health.

The combined resources within DuPont Nutrition & Health help manufacturers create products aligned with consumer demands: an improved taste, texture & appearance, an improved nutritional profile, while safety is ensured through testing and packaging.

Visitors to IFFA will be able to talk with experts about health-promoting ingredients from the DuPont Danisco range and the Solae portfolio, and try them in great-tasting sample applications at the DuPont stand.
