Euro Oils, a manufacturer and supplier of private label lubricants to the retail, automotive, agricultural and industrial sectors, has opted for a new labelling system from Advanced Dynamics

The company has bought a PRO-625 front and back labelling system. The machine is handling around 5,000 various-sized containers a day for the lubricant manufacturer. Euro Oils’ technical quality and production manager Sharon Pearson said: “We are delighted with both the quality and affordability of the PRO-625.  We have seen productivity triple since Advanced Dynamics installed the equipment. It is an excellent labelling system which has been a very good investment for us.

“The PRO-625 is handling one-, four- and five-litre containers of customers’ own label lubricant products and the changeover between bottle sizes or customers’ labels is seamless. The operatives find it very easy to use and the machine’s flexibility and accuracy has led to the significant boost in our output.”

Euro Oils, which supplies high quality lubricant products to both the UK and European mainland, has also purchased two induction heat sealers from Advanced Dynamics.

Advanced Dynamics’ joint managing director, Malcolm Little, said: “The PRO equipment from Pack Leader is an eye-catching range of cutting-edge label applicators, ideally suited for manufacturers of lubricants, pharmaceutical products, toiletries and cosmetics, which have very demanding standards.”
