29th September – 1st October 2015, NEC, Birmingham

Justin King CBE, former CEO of Sainsbury’s, and a leading figure in the FMCG and Grocery Retailing sectors, has been confirmed as the headline seminar speaker at the PPMA Show 2015, the UK’s premier free-to-attend complete production line event for processing and packaging machinery.

Taking to the stage on the first day, Justin will discuss the future for multiple retailers, how the growing market shares of discount retailers will affect the supply chain and how the continued emergence of supermarket convenience outlets is shaping the market.

Grant Collier, Head of Marketing for the PPMA Group, said: “We’re delighted to have confirmed Justin King as the headline seminar speaker at this year’s PPMA Show. Justin is one of this country’s most widely respected business figures and I’m sure his discussion will provide valuable insight for both visitors and exhibitors. The issues surrounding the relationships between suppliers and major retailers has never been more pertinent and there are few people in the industry better positioned to comment on this topic than Justin.”

Justin King
In addition to being CEO of Sainsburys for just over ten years, Justin has previously worked for M&S, Asda, Häagen-Dazs, Pepsi-Cola International and Mars, in a career spanning more than thirty years. At current, Justin is a non-executive director of Staples and has recently taken on the interim role of Chairman of Manor Marussia F1 team.
