If You Don’t Want Your business to Go Off, Then Talk to DSV Fresh

If you handle fresh produce and experience transport delays then you can kiss goodbye to your business. In the world of fresh produce what matters as much as quality is your supply chain, according to a new free white paper from DSV Fresh.

Visitors to Multimodal, the UK’s largest supply chain exhibition, at the NEC,Birmingham, 29 April – 1 May 2014 can pick up a new white paper on perishables from the DSV stand and talk to George Mead (pictured) on Thursday 1 May.

“Fresh produce such as fish and vegetables have a limited shelf life and however you choose to move it needs to be fast, efficient and planned,” says Mead, DSV National Head of Perishables. “Choosing how you transport your produce is the key to success. Fresh fish remains fresh for a short period of time. Moving it to market requires speed, efficiency and planning. It doesn’t matter what fresh produce you deal in, what really matters is that you have the best solution for keeping it fresh. ”

DSV has designated Thursday 1 May as ‘Experts Day’ and has arranged to have a number of experts available to give advice on not only the company’s new Fresh service, but also warehousing & home delivery, insurance and express shipments.  Some of the team will also focus on specific markets: perishables, automotive and aerospace.

“With so much experience on hand at Multimodal it makes sense to ask DSV how we can help you with your fresh produce and pick up our free white paper that can help you make those right decisions. If you are an exporter or importer then talk to us as we can help you keep your business as fresh as your products,” says George Mead.

To take advantage of this exclusive offer, register for a free VIPPassto Multimodal using the code DSV14. If you would like to make an appointment with a particular expert, email Claire.howe@uk.dsv.com   Or just visit the DSV stand when you arrive.
