IREKS CHIA BREAD MIX is a 50 % mix with a rich dark taste and all the benefits chia seeds can provide. Chia seeds have been dubbed “the running food”, “a miracle” and “the ultimate super food” by advocates and athletes because of the high content of omega-3 fatty acids and fibre, as well as the valuable proteins which are contained.
