J&J Pont Packaging Hits the Exhibition Trail in 2013

January 31
10:05 2013

As leading container packaging specialist, J&J Pont Packaging continues to expand its product range, drawing on new stock availability from Pont’s distribution and manufacturing facilities across Europe, the company is embarking on a major programme of exhibition attendance throughout the UK in 2013.

As well as attending a number of regional trade and sector specific shows to exhibit its specialist packaging options, J&J Pont Packaging will also have a leading presence at some of the industry’s showpiece exhibitions including next month’s Packaging Innovations at the NEC Birmingham and the Pro2Pac show in London in March.

Packaging Innovations at NEC Birmingham

Attending Packaging Innovations on Stand A35, alongside an array of suppliers specialising in all aspects of packaging from materials to design, the company will exhibit a new range of packaging for dietary, slimming and sports nutrition products together with some of its latest food jar designs.

New Roundpacker Cylindrical Jars

In the competitive slimming and body-building products market, optimal shelf appeal is provided by its distinctive new Roundpacker cylindrical jars range, manufactured in HDPE and available in seven sizes from 750ml to 2,500ml.

The Roundpacker jars are available in any choice of colour, a matt or gloss finish and with a choice of personalised labels or full body sleeve design for maximum impact.

The Roundpacker waisted 1,250ml container has been specifically designed for slimming and dietary powders and can also be delivered in a choice of colours and with full body sleeve. Matching PP or metal caps, neck sleeves and a wide range of various powder scoops can also be provided.

Excellsens Clear Glass Clip-Top Jars

For the food market, J&J Pont Packaging will exhibit its Excellsens range of clear glass clip-top jars as well as its mini jars range and squat food jars in white flint glass.

Pro2Pac in London

Pro2Pac is the UK’s only biennial processing and packaging exhibition designed exclusively for the food and drink industry and J&J Pont Packaging’s Stand S2211 will reflect that, highlighting a distinctive product range for the speciality food and upmarket giftware sector.

Its Excellsens range, outlined above, is ideal for traditional style packaging of food produce such as jams, chutneys, sauces and candy. Smart, light and easy to open with their clip-top lids and white, food safe O-ring seal, which prevents direct food contact, the Excellsens range is available in various sizes.

Glass Mini Jars

Targeted at the catering and gift pack markets, the company’s new glass mini jars range, available in various sizes from 28ml to 50ml, is ideal for hotels, guest houses, cafés and tea-shops, offering individual pots of condiments. The glass mini jars are also ideal for inclusion in gift box packages or food baskets.

UK marketing coordinator, Angela Lees commented: “As we continue to expand our product lines and introduce more and more speciality packaging products into our portfolio, it’s important that we communicate that improved offer face to face with potential customers. Exhibitions have therefore been identified as a key element of our UK marketing strategy for 2013 and we hope that a combination of major packaging trade shows and smaller events aimed at more niche sectors will help business development across all target markets.”
