Kellogg Company has issued its fifth annual Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) report, ‘Features’, which details the company’s efforts toward strengthening its diversity and becoming a more inclusive organisation.

Along with highlighting the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, Features spotlights the unique talents, skills and insights that every employee and supplier contributes to help Kellogg bring the foods and brands that matter to its diverse consumers.

In the report, are details about the recently-launched Kellogg Executive Cross-Cultural Mentoring program that matches members of the company’s Global Leadership Team with other senior leaders of a different gender, race, or cultural background. The report also highlights the work by employee resource groups in the workplace, marketplace and community as well and awards the company has received for its diversity efforts, including being again named to the “Top 50 Companies for Diversity” list by DiversityInc.

“This year’s report is full of stories from the people who make Kellogg such a special place,” says Mark King, Kellogg Company Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. “We understand that a diverse and inclusive workforce strengthens Kellogg as a company, and makes us more adaptable to change, more innovative, and more open to new ideas.
