Kuraray to Exhibit at IPPE Show

kuraray1Kuraray’s EVAL™ and PLANTIC™ technologies business will be exhibiting at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) Show in Atlanta, Georgia at the end of January.

At the show, Kuraray will highlight their technologies in fresh meat packaging, in particular, a new product in their portfolio, PLANTIC™.

“With Kuraray and PLANTIC together, we are able to offer a full portfolio of barrier solutions to our customers. This exciting partnership will only make both products stronger in the competitive market,” said Tom Black, Director of Plantic Sales at Kuraray America, Inc.

The PLANTIC™ barrier film is designed to meet the global demand for a sustainable approach to functional and performance plastics technology, based on a high content of renewable materials that reduce carbon footprint and space in landfills. PLANTIC™ is certified biobased making it suitable for food contact applications like packaged fresh meat.
