Due to the use of an electronic vacuum- and pressure measurement in connection with Festo
pneumatics, Legi-Air 4050 provides an even better precision and higher speed in label application.
However, the new Legi-Air 4050 provides considerably more benets.

Universally applicable

The platform of the LA 4050 is based on a modular
system and allows the use of dierent print modules
as well as the use of dierent applicators such as
tamp pad sizes, extra long strokes or 90° and 180°
swing tamps.
Flexible and ecient

All requested labelling positions are possible.
High-speed labelling applications are possible as
well. Controlling and networking of the labelling
systems are done by the Legitronic® Labelling
software, if required. This will increase process times
as well as production safety.
Easy handling

A display controller with a large text display allows
an easy handling. Selective user information on the
machine status will be displayed as plain text
messages. Stored memories for label- and product
specic parameters can be accessed quickly and
easily. The display controller can be removed. Thus,
in case of complicated installation positions of the
print & apply systems, data can be entered
externally as well. A motor-driven winder provides a
fast and straight-lined running label web and
guarantees exact label printing.
Cost-saving

The transfer of system parameters is possible via
USB. System and maintenance information ensure a
quick and easy diagnosis. The standard tamp pad
has a quickchange system. Changeover times to
other label sizes are considerably reduced.
