LycoRed features its new line of natural-sourced colours. The colourants are derived from natural carotenoids and feature unique shades and formulations that make them ideal for a variety of applications, from coatings for panned confectioneries to dairy products and beverages. SANTE is a patented, natural tomato concentrate ingredient designed to successfully enhance taste and flavour in place of artificial flavour components or flavour enhancers. SANTE can be used for salt- and savory-taste enhancement and allows for reduction of sodium or expensive flavour components in food formulations.
