Mixing Equipment – Processing Technology at PPMA 2011

October 09
10:21 2011

Visitors to PPMA will be looking to source the latest technology to convert their product from raw material to finished, saleable goods in the most cost-efficient manner.  Fillworth UK on Stand F 60 is one of the very few exhibitors at the show that specializes in “processing”.

  •       Fillworth UK designs, manufactures, supplies, installs and services high performance, high quality industrial mixing equipment.  We are self-contained, independent, and 100% UK-based.
  •       Our mixing machines are used mainly within the chemical (mastics, sealants, adhesives, paints/surface coatings, inks …), foods, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.  For both liquids and solids processing applications.
  •       We combine traditional, well-proven manufacturing methods with the latest technology in the design of our machines.  The more demanding the application, the more often we outscore the competition – and the happier the customer.  Our reputation is built on word-of-mouth.
  •       We specialize in bespoke “solutions”.  Much of our equipment is “customized”.  If the customer’s demands cannot be met by one of our standard machines we can probably design and supply a machine that can fit the bill.  We pride ourselves on being adaptable.
  •       Having supplied our products to a customer we provide nationwide aftersales support and servicing backup.
  •       We can offer turnkey / project management if required.

If you want to talk “processing”, have an old problem or a new application to discuss with experts, need to expand capacity, improve production efficiency, beat a path to stand F 60 Fillworth UK.
