Muntons Ingredients, a leading manufacturer of malted ingredients, has announced the launch of MaltiCrunch Chocolate, an innovative and versatile new ingredient. In addition to a blend of malt and chocolate flavours, MaltiCrunch Chocolate also brings an exciting ‘crunch’ texture to the palate.

Muntons Ingredients takes a blend of ingredients including malt, milk and cocoa which, after vacuum band drying is ground into coarse chunks providing a truly unique texture. These large particles provide a crisp crunchy texture with the sweet taste of chocolate and malt.

MaltiCrunch Chocolate is readily soluble and can be blended in water or milk to produce sweet tasting chocolate malt beverages. MaltiCrunch Chocolate is available in 25 kg sacks.
