Nespresso Elevates Coffee Experience With Riedel-designed Glasses

Nespresso and master glass makers Riedel have designed two special tasting glasses to further elevate the coffee sensory experience for Nespresso and all coffee lovers. The glasses, called Intense and Mild, are designed to transport the essence of the finest and most complex Nespresso coffees known as Grands Crus.

While all Nespresso coffee cups are crafted to enhance the aromatic pleasure of the Grand Cru coffee, the Riedel-designed Reveal Collection, as it is known, takes this enhancement one step further.

The Intense glass increases the overall intensity of aroma and taste while the Mild glass brings out the freshness, acidity and lightness of the coffee as well as the delicacy of the aromas. It also increases perception of smoothness and sweetness.

The Reveal Collection will be commercially available from the end of October.

Nespresso has also just launched its first Grand Cru coffee in two years, the Special Reserve Maragogype Grand Cru, from the little known coffee bean of the same name.
