Nestle Professional, the Nestle business that supplies the food service out-of-home industry, is rolling out its premium beverage system Viaggi inEurope. “The United Kingdom is a strategically important market for Viaggi,” says Marc Caira, chief executive of Nestle Professional. “I am certain that our beverage system will open up new opportunities with landmark outlets and food service operators in the capital city of London and beyond.”

Viaggi offers 40 customised drinks using Nestle branded products.Ingredients include Nescafe Grand Cru coffee extracts, concentrated milk by Nestle, and a liquid chocolate concentrate made from a selection of cocoas developed by the company’s chocolate brand Cailler.
