Misitano & Stracuzzi has the combined experience of four generations of the families of the original founders in the processing and production of citrus essential oils. Its history can be traced back to the early part of the twentieth century, making it one of the oldest producers of its type in Sicily. Often referred to as ‘God’s Kitchen’ due to its fertile soils and pleasant climate, Sicily provides ideal growing conditions for citrus fruits, which is reflected in the high-quality essential citrus oils produced from them.

Omega Ingredients Ltd specialises in the innovative fusion of biochemistry with natural materials, to create the very best quality. Founded in 2001 by biochemists Steve Pearce and Elizabeth Pearce, Omega Ingredients benefits from their decades of experience within the international food and drink ingredients sector.
