GEA Mechanical Equipment UK and GEA Process Engineering, joint sponsors of the GEA Award, for the Best English Cheese, have presented Ford Farm with the winner’s trophy at this year’s International Cheese Awards, held in Nantwich.

Makers of the award winning Cave Aged and Coastal Cheddars, Ford Farm, based at Ashley Chase in Dorset, is a part of the AJ & RG Barber Business.

Offering a range of equipment for the standardisation and pasteurisation of milk as well as whey processing equipment, including spray dryers and filtration systems, GEA is pleased to support those seeking to continuously improve the quality, diversity and regional production of British cheese through innovative technology and traditional skills and dedication.
