coveris010716Hyacinth, the first thermoformed handle pot range by Coveris, perfectly meets the increasing demand for nature-friendly packaging and healthy food to go.

New from Coveris, Hyacinth is an exceptionally convenient and truly sustainable solution for food on the go. Great for salads, fruit, baked goods, sweets, popcorn and deli products, it is the perfect packaging for the upcoming summer months and travel season. The new range is available across Europe.

Light & recyclable

As the first thermoformed handle pot developed and launched by leading packaging manufacturer and solutions provider Coveris, it is 100% recyclable, achieving a weight reduction up to 20% versus existing injection moulded buckets available on market. Made from clear PET and available in 500ml and 750ml with a tight re-closable lid, Hyacinth offers great presentation and a fun distinctive display for premium foods.

Lift & go

Hyacinth is the ideal to go packaging solution by simply lifting the handle on the side, no assembly required. Multiple buckets can be safely carried at once, helping to reduce costs and waste by eliminating the use of a bag and allowing secondary usage for e.g. storing toys. Other advantages are that the containers run fast and smoothly along all shopping operations and stack easily to maximize shelf space.

Just as you like

Coveris’ wide range of decoration options like embossing & printing allow customers to add an individual branding to the handle pot of choice if they do not wish to keep them as natural and pure as they are. To keep the freshness of picked fruits and vegetables, customers do also have the opportunity to order the handle pots with venting holes in the bucket and lid.

Recently, Coveris’ innovative packaging solution was nominated both as the runner-up in the category ‘Innovative Packaging’ as part of the Packaging Awards 2016 in the Netherlands and as a finalist at the FPA Awards in the UK.
