Teeling Whiskey, Ireland’s leading independent whiskey producer, has collected the coveted awards for World’s Best Irish Single Grain and World’s Best Irish Single Malt at the highly prestigious World Whiskies AwardsThe World Whiskies Awards is an annual celebration of the very best in whiskies from across the globe.

Over 300 whiskies were considered for the ultimate title of ‘World’s Best’, with Teeling Whiskey continuing to blaze a trail on an international stage by walking away with a clean sweep in the competitive Irish Single Malt and Irish Single Grain categories. Teeling Single Malt and Teeling Single Grain were each singled out by the judging panel for their signature tastes and ultimately recognised as the best in the world in their class.

Jack Teeling, founder of Teeling Whiskey, says: “We are honoured that our whiskeys continue to be recognised as some of the best in the world. Over the last five years we have achieved a lot but none more rewarding than the 100 and counting International Awards we have collected for the quality of our whiskeys. To be acknowledged as the best in the world in two classes reinforces our ability to lead the renaissance for independent Irish whiskey producers. This year looks set to be another exciting year for us as we continue to release new expressions of Teeling whiskey to cater for the growing interest in new and unique Irish whiskeys.”
