The Leo Luxe Folding Rigid Box was designed in response to their customers’ desire for a packaging solution that minimizes shipping costs and space at retail, but would set up into a rigid box and provide opportunities to create signature graphic looks for their brands.

The Folding Rigid Box is designed for versatility. Its smart packaging elements include:

  • The size can be adjusted to fit various types of products
  • The shape can be customized to create a distinctive look at retail
  • The box provides a variety of closure options that include: integrated or separate lids, magnetic latches, ribbon-pulls, tuck-in flaps, and more
  • The design allows opportunities for die-cut windows to showcase the products inside
  • Multiple surfaces outside and inside the box provide for graphics, coupled with secondary processes can create stunning looks at retail
  • The box is constructed with three parts: a long piece that forms the front, back, tow sides and the lid and two separate pieces that fold up forming the other two sides of the box.
