JRS – More Than Healthy!

Like in the past, the company J. Rettenmaier & Söhne (JRS) continues to live up to its name as the most innovative producer of functional dietary fibre and presents further new developments on occasion of Food Ingredients Europe 2011 in Paris. So JRS is going to introduce a new variant of wheat fibre in the field of the VITACEL® dietary fibre range as well as a new product series of nutritionally valuable soy fibre.

Within the VIVAPUR® product range JRS was able to add further types of highly functional collodial gels and also enlarge the variety of modified celluloses.

Substantial growth is meanwhile achieved at JRS especially in the fields of co-processing and compounds – due to the manifold properties of the dietary fibres solutions can be reached which were not considered possible in any way before.
Particularly in the field of fat replacement in meat products JRS has recently made a name for itself  in the market  – meanwhile JRS customers are able to produce sensory perfect meat products which show a fat reduction of 50-80% while at the same time optimizing costs. The award of the DLG-golden-prize proves that the products and processes developed by JRS bring practicable solutions for the food industry along with a very high acceptance through the end consumer.
