These products are excellent for the use in ready meals, delicatessen salad and snacks and are ideal for the use in industry and food-service. The cooked Chunks are a new natural looking alternative and are specially eye-catchy and tasty. They are custom-designed intermediate products and are perfect for new developpments of frozen or chilled dishes It‟s natural shape and hand-made optique makes it a perfect basis for innovative developments. The cooked Fish-Chunks fulfill the highest standards in food-safety and present excellent microbiological values and are suitable for chilled and frozen applications. Manufactured without additives or coloring the chunks are perfectly appropriated to clean-label products.
