Dragon Rouge designs the look for Warburtons’ new brand

Dragon Rouge has created the name, brand identity and packaging design of Warburtons’ new Newburn Bakehouse range

The Newburn Bakehouse by Warburtons range, which is gluten and wheat free, includes a sliced white and brown loaf and white and brown rolls as well as  lemon & poppy and blueberry & cranberry muffins, fruity teackes and spiced fruit loaf.

According to Dragon Rouge, the packs include bold typography and a friendly baker icon.

Barbra Wright, director at Dragon Rouge said: “This is an exciting fork in Warburtons story, creating a brand that stays close to their heartland while addressing new needstates in a compelling and relevant way – appropriately differentiated from their core. Newburn Bakehouse hopes to gradually take shape as a visionary yet well-established brand that challenges free-from conventions and adds authoritative, tasty choice for the many free-from converts.”
