Expert industry advice, and innovation in food and drink are just the first items on the menu when making a date with IFE 2015. IFE2015 will offer plenty of exciting features and a packed line-up of 80 renowned chefs and keynote speakers, ensuring guests and exhibitors alike will be able to fill up on the latest industry knowledge, as well as inspiration at the IFE Skillery with demonstrations showcasing the talents of some of the industry’s finest chefs.

With expertise acquired from running the UK’s leading food and drink exhibition for over 30 years, IFE 2015 is back bigger, better and more innovative than ever, between 22-25 March. Staged at London’s ExCel Centre and co-located with Waste-Works and Pro2Pac, IFE 2015 is spilt into nine sections including, Speciality and Regional Food from Britain and Ireland, Cheese & Dairy, Meat & Seafood, Bakery & Confectionery, Ingredients, Health & Wellbeing, Drinks and General Food, so there is something for every interest across the food and drink industry.

This year’s exhibition will draw an estimated 30,000 professionals from across the food industry spanning today’s dynamic retail, food service and manufacturing markets. For four days, the 2015 event will host live chef demonstrations, seminars as well as menu and product development ideas. This year’s event offers a wealth of opportunities for industry leaders whether you are a visitor or exhibitor.

IFE 2015’s innovative programme of events includes a packed agenda of seminar and Q&A sessions in the exhibition’s very own Hub, including, ‘The evolving symbol market – future proofing retailers’ led by Neil Turton, Chief Executive Officer of Nisa and ‘How better stores can improve life for customers’ led by Debbie Robinson, Managing Director of Spar UK.

Having secured some of the industry’s most talented chefs including Allister Bishop, Alyn Williams and Adam Simmonds; IFE 2015’s Skillery is the place to go to boost culinary know how and learn the latest tips of the trade. The event’s Great British Kitchen will also be a hub of activity with live demonstrations using the very best locally sourced ingredients.

The Artisan Food Market and the Gourmet Drinker, featuring the best alcoholic drinks available from smaller producers are also worth a visit for exhibitors and visitors alike. The event also welcomes the return and support of the show’s prominent partners such as the British Frozen Food Federation, the Craft Guild of Chefs and Food and Drink Federation.

Show Director Chris McCuin comments: “The IFE 2015 team are working extremely hard to ensure that this year’s event is the best yet. It is a great opportunity for food producers to showcase their products and it also provides a fantastic networking opportunity for all food industry sectors. We would encourage as many people to visit as possible, it is the wide variety of exhibitors and visitors that help make the show great and builds its reputation as the UK’s leading food and drink event.”
