“The United Kingdom is a strategically important market for Viaggi,” says Marc Caira, chief executive of Nestle Professional. “I am certain that our beverage system will open up new opportunities with landmark outlets and food service operators in the capital city of London and beyond.”

Viaggi offers 40 customised drinks using Nestle branded products.Ingredients include Nescafe Grand Cru coffee extracts, concentrated milk by Nestle, and a liquid chocolate concentrate made from a selection of cocoas developed by the company’s chocolate brand Cailler.

Launched in partnership with Italian machine manufacturer La Cimbali, the system is easy-to-load for operators. It prepares drinks at the touch of a button and has an integrated cleaning system to ensure hygiene and safety.
