Maggie Timoney (pictured) has been appointed managing director of Heineken Ireland, the leading lager company on the island of Ireland. She succeeds David Forde who was appointed managing director of Heineken UK in May.

The brewery’s portfolio includes Ireland’s number one lager- Heineken, Coors Light, Amstel, Fosters, Beamish Stout, Murphy’s Stout, and a full range of specialty beers, which includes Desperados, Paulaner, Moretti, Sol, Tiger and Zywiec.
