Norbert Dentressangle has joined forces with Villa Soft Drinks to support the company’s distribution and storage of soft drinks and fruit juices across the country.

Established over 125-years ago, Villa offers a wide range of branded water, juice and carbonated drinks including Hadrian Spring Waters, Wild Waters, Fenwicks Fruit Juices, Fruit Jet, and Bolt Energy Drink. Depending on the product type, drinks are available in a variety of sizes, from 270ml to 2 litre bottles and supplied to customers across the UK.

With trade increasing rapidly, Villa sought a supply chain partner that could provide additional storage facilities and flexible transport services. Norbert Dentressangle was appointed by Villa because of its streamlined distribution service and established national depot network with local warehousing facilities, which is able to accommodate any fluctuations in order volumes. The contract involves daily collections of shipments from Villa’s headquarters in Bradford, with products stored at Norbert Dentressangle’s Wakefield site before nationwide distribution to varying customer locations.

Distribution is covered by a combination of dedicated services and the use of Norbert Dentressangle’s shared-user network, providing Villa with a highly adaptable and cost-effective nationwide distribution operation.

John Hodgson, Managing Director of Villa Soft Drinks, said: “As one of the largest transport and logistics operators in the UK, we know that Norbert Dentressangle will provide us with the service we need, and ensure that our great beverages will be delivered on time, safely, and cost effectively.”
