Sapore Softgrain Sprouted Grain CL is the sixth and newest preservative-free addition to Puratos’s Sapore Softgrain range, which was launched in 2010. The clean label, non-GMO solution is a pre-soaked blend of sprouted whole rye, wheat and triticale grains infused with a mild fermentation flavour. According to Puratos, Sapore Softgrain Sprouted Grain CL adds a touch of roasted crusty flavour to multigrain soft and crusty breads, buns, crackers and so on.
