The clean label, non-GMO solution is a pre-soaked blend of sprouted whole rye, wheat and triticale grains infused with a mild fermentation flavour. According to Puratos, Sapore Softgrain Sprouted Grain CL adds a touch of roasted crusty flavour to multigrain soft and crusty breads, buns, crackers and so on.

Whole grains are one of nature’s healthiest ingredients, Puratos notes, and are identified by the Oldways Whole Grains Council as responsible for benefiting heart and digestive well-being. As the emphasis on well-being increases, consumers are, the company says, instinctively gravitating towards sprouted grains- which are steadily gaining popularity and contain even more nutrients than a typical wholegrain.

Additionally, as consumers are also making more informed decisions about the quality of the foods they consume, Puratos believes they are looking for the perfect ‘trifecta’ in their options: foods that contain freshness, nutrition, and taste.

Available in 38-lb pails, these ready-to-use sprouted grains can be applied to a variety of applications and in different dosages, giving users the flexibility to create their ideal flavour profile. Sapore Softgrain Sprouted Grain CL is a clean label, Non-GMO Project compliant solution, with, says Puratos, the superior taste and outstanding freshness consumers love.
