Slice Design has helped ex-lawyer Neeta Mehta to launch her new Indian-inspired dessert packs called Sweet Karma

The former lawyer turned entrepreneur said she combined her love of “traditional ethnic cooking with the modern food culture of everyday Britain to create her sweet samosas”.

Slice was given a brief by Mehta to create branding and packaging design to help launch the product into the busy frozen dessert fixture.

Slice Design creative director Alan Gilbody said: “We used a combination of traditional textures and a vibrant colour pallet, taking inspiration from the bright bold colours of Indian fabrics and spice markets to give consumers an indulgent dessert that offers something a bit different in the dessert aisle.”

Neeta Mehta said: “As a small start up company I was initially unsure whether to instruct a London design company and I am so pleased I came across Slice.

“I was bowled over by the enthusiasm and creativity in creating the brand, and importantly for all clients I was kept fully involved in that process. I was looking for the wow factor and Slice definitely came up trumps with the result.

“I also enjoyed my interactions with the team and I was really impressed with the expertise of all the members of Slice.”
