Südpack, one of Europe’s leading providers of flexible packaging solutions, has recently acquired the Seville Flexpack Corporation, based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Südpack’s business in the US, which it will expand. Previously, the company’s only toehold in the US market was a sales office in the Chicago area.

At the new facility in Oak Creek, important processing steps including printing and refining will be done for the US market. Seville Flexpack is now officially part of the Südpack Group, which will retain all of Seville’s employees and continue to serve its customers.
