Pivovarna Lasko Sells Juice Business to Nectar

Pivovarna Lasko, the largest drinks producer in Slovenia, has sold Fructal Lasko, its fruit juice business, for Eur35.3m to Nectar, Serbia’s biggest soft drinks and jam manufacturer. The disposal will help the embattled Slovenian group to reduce its debt mountain. It is also planning to sell its stake in Mercator, the largest food retailer in Slovenia.
