Dawn Farms has been awarded the 2016 Irish Food and Drink Exporter of the Year Award by the Irish Exporters Association, the independent representative body for all Irish exporters. Dawn Farms is Europe’s leading cooked meats ingredients company and a major contributor to Ireland’s thriving €10 billion food and drink export sector. Established in 1984, the company employs over 1,000 staff based in state-of-the-art facilities in Naas, County Kildare, and Northampton, England.

Larry Murrin, chief executive of Dawn Farms, says: “This award is a great tribute to our team at Dawn Farms and to our customers across the globe.  We are a business-to-business company supplying some of the world’s leading food brands in 40 countries including the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. I believe our strong and sustained relationships with customers, together with a great team of dedicated professionals at Dawn Farms, are why we were selected by the judges in a very competitive category, and we look looking forward to building on this success in 2017.”
