International Dairy Scientists, Technologists, Food Formulators and Process Engineers are heading to Dublin, Ireland shortly for the IDF Parallel Symposia 2016, 11-13th April 2016. Participants will experience two symposia running in parallel: Concentrated & Dried Milk Products Symposium, and the Cheese Science & Technology Symposium – the programmes of which are now available to download.
