Over and above, IREKS is represented by trading partners all over the world, to supply bakeries in more than 80 countries with its quality products.

The tradition of the IREKS Company goes back to the year 1856. Apart from baking ingredients, the main areas of business are brewing malts, soft ice-cream and the agricultural trade. The integration of DREIDOPPEL in 2004, the flavours, basic ingredients for ice-cream and decoration manufacturer, extended the international competence in the Company Group.

The product range within the Baking Ingredients Division includes a wide choice of improvers and mixes for bread, rolls, morning goods and confectionery products, malt extracts and dried sourdoughs. All the products are made based on grain products and on the know-how gained throughout several generations. Products, which simplify working stages for the bakers, while allowing sufficient freedom for the creativity of the craftsman.

Every country and every bakery has a distinct character. Work processes, product ranges and market strategies all vary. For this reason, IREKS offers individual solutions, presented locally in the bakeries by our international field service staff, made up of more than 350 competent master bakers and master confectioners.
