 The new SEALPAC A4 traysealer is a true alternative when entering into fully automated food packaging. With this extremely compact traysealer, the packaging specialist now offers a machine that pays off for production runs with smaller volumes, hence completing the very successful A-series with a versatile entry-level model. Its compact design and low cost of ownership make the SEALPAC A4 the ideal solution for small tomedium-sized companies, especially in catering, that wish to implement fully automated tray-sealing.

 

Wide range of applications

The SEALPAC A4 is perfectly tuned to the packaging of fresh products and provides maximum versatility. It adapts to all sealable materials and offers fully automatic sealing up to 30 packs per minute depending on the type of tray and application. The A4 stands for optimal production standards without fluctuations in quality while proving highest flexibility. All applications, from standard MAP packaging, to TraySkin®, up to special packaging solutions such as the patented CRYOVAC Mirabella® system, can be easily implemented on the compact SEALPAC A4 – characteristics that are standard for every model within the SEALPAC A-series.

New protection covers

By using the example of the compact SEALPAC A4 traysealer, the German packaging expert proudly presents its latest protection covers. A practical tip-up function now allows for simplified cleaning and maintenance at an ergonomic working height. The new covers are not linked to the transport direction of the machine, thus simplifying the permanent access to the traysealer.

 

Optional auxiliary equipment

The SEALPAC A4 has even more compact dimensions than the SEALPAC A5, so far the smallest model in the A-series, thus providing maximum output on minimal space. Just like SEALPAC’s high-output traysealers, the new model can also be extended with innovative auxiliary equipment, such as the PacInspect dual-inspection system for final packaging control with multiple sensors.
