Owing to his retirement, Frans Visser will step down as a member of the executive board of Dutch dairy co-operative Royal FrieslandCampina and chief operating officer of the Ingredients business group on 31st December 2010. As of 1st November 2010, Roelof Joosten, currently managing director of FrieslandCampina Domo, is appointed executive director of the Ingredients business group. He will take over Mr Visser’s responsibilities from 1st January 2011. Mr Joosten will oversee the continuing development of special ingredients for the food and pharmaceutical industries. He will report to chief executive Cees ’t Hart.
