Sweet‘N Low, has been rolled out into the retail sector, with Tesco the first major supermarket to stock the US sweetner brand

The low calorie range is traditionally found in coffee shops such as Starbucks and Costa Coffee but the brand has widened its scope, packaged in bright pink dispensers designed by New York design firm Mother.

Mother’s packs also carry the image of a “psychedelic” peacock designed to provide shelf stand out and appeal to the female target audience.

The new range is available in two packs: a 200 tablet dispenser and 75g granulated powder.

Steve Eisenstadt, chief executive of Cumberland Packing Corp, which manufacturers the Sweet‘N Low sweetners said: “We’re delighted to be in a position to finally offer Sweet’N Low to British consumers to use at home.

“We’ll be kick-starting a brand new marketing campaign this autumn and look forward to bringing even more products to the UK market in the future.”

Other products in the Sweet’N Low range include Sweet’N Low Green and Sweet’N Low Gold.
