Leading Italian restaurant chain, Zizzi, is celebrating further expansion of its already well-established estate, adding four new sites to the UK in just one month and announcing its entry to Ireland in April.

The new openings bring the total number of sites to 143 across the UK and Republic of Ireland, with the brand on track to open a total of ten this year.

All five new sites – Broadway Bradford, Leeds Birstall, Newport Friar’s Walk, Birmingham Brindley Place and Dundrum Town in Dublin – are continuing Zizzi’s expansion in high footfall areas and will bring Zizzi’s classic Italian dishes with their signature twist to all occasions, be it shopping, cinema or nightlife.

All restaurants feature Zizzi’s signature open kitchen, wood stone ovens and the use of rustic log walls, trees and bespoke artwork to give each restaurant individual character.

Steve Holmes, chief executive of Azzurri Group, says: “We are delighted with the performance of Zizzi – this is an exciting time for the brand, continuing its steady pace of rollout.
