The board of ARYZTA, the global food business with a leadership position in speciality bakery, has announced that in April it appointed Rothschild & Co to undertake a review of all strategic and financial options available to the group to maximise value for the benefit of all of stakeholders. The review is expected to be concluded by the end of July 2020.

ARYZTA is based in Schlieren, Switzerland, with operations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. ARYZTA has a primary listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange and a secondary listing on the Euronext Dublin.
