Taura launches authentic fruit pieces range
The latest innovation by Taura Natural Ingredients allows manufacturers of baked goods and snacks to now include concentrated fruit pieces with authentic provenance in their products.

Ultra Rapid Concentration or URC is a unique process of concentrating the taste, texture and natural goodness of fruit into pieces, flakes and pastes for use in applications such as baked goods, confectionery, chocolate and snack bars.
With many of today’s consumers keen to know the origins of the food they eat, the fruit pieces are perfect for inclusion in premium baked goods and snacks. They can also be eaten on their own.
Taura will showcase the new fruit pieces with provenance at Food Ingredients Europe in Paris in December.
